What is an aluminum panel curtain wall?
2023-03-31
Aluminum single-panel curtain walls use high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy plates. Common thicknesses are 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 MM, with model number 3003 and state H24. The structure mainly consists of embedded plates, panels, reinforcing ribs, and corner brackets. The embedded plates are connected to the structure via bolts to bear the load. Corner brackets can be directly formed by bending or stamping the panel, or they can be riveted onto the small edges of the panel. Reinforcing ribs are connected to the back of the panel with welded screws (screws are welded directly to the back of the panel), forming a solid whole. This greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminum single-panel curtain wall, ensuring flatness and resistance to wind and earthquakes during long-term use. If sound insulation and heat insulation are required, high-efficiency sound insulation and heat insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
